ปํญหา:

ปิดงวด 4/2007 พนักงานประเภท S ไม่ได้ ปิดงวดแล้ว error

สาเหตุ:

พบว่าในตารางผลการคำนวณมีข้อมูลงวด 1 ปนอยู่

แก้ไข:

ให้ลบผลคำนวณงวดปัจจุบัน แล้วคำนวณใหม่ โดยทำดังนี้

1. เมนูคำนวณ > เปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลชุด > เลือกข้อ 009 ล้างผลการคำนวณงวดปัจจุบัน

2. เสร็จแล้วเปลี่ยนวันที่เข้าโปรแกรมเป็นวันที่ในงวด 4, คำนวณงวด 4 ใหม่

3. เปลี่ยนวันที่เข้าโปรแกรมเป็นวันที่ในงวด 5 แล้วปิดงวดพนักงานประเภท S ใหม่
